The course is available during April, May, June, September, October and November, and is designed for two people min/max. Guests are invited to bring comfortable shoes and clothes for wearing in kitchen, and warm clothing, rain-wear, walking shoes for walks. Accommodation is simple and minimum luggage is recommended. Towels and aprons are provided.
